Stadia trail reopens
Maintenance for the power lines is complete as of 25-11-08

The Stadia trail work is now complete and it is again available for 4x4 use.  There are significant changes that will possibly make the route easier.  The mud holes have been repaired and the intention is to keep them from recurring to avoid the environmental concerns of DOC.

It is essential to get permission to use the area into which the Stadia trail runs and to pay the fee requested by the landowners.... $25. For permission and the access key, contact access@nzfwda.org.nz

Public liability and Rural and Forest Fire insurances are needed too.
